Lynnity Borneo forest Specialty Coffee starts with the careful selection of Liberica, Arabica & Robusta coffee beans on the lower hilly areas at the southern part Sarawak & Sabah, mainly owned by Bidayuh (land dayak) villagers and local Chinese farms. The southern highlands (an altitude of 2,000 to 3,000 feet) grow the cherries in a best climate and soil conditions. Its full flavor is cloudy flowing and more fruity. The beans are round and smaller in size with rich and strong aroma, which carries over into the finished product.
Selected premium Borneo coffee beans are proprietary blends carefully blended and roasted to enhance their aroma and flavor. Roasted beans are extracted with water to obtain the concentrated coffee extract. Coffee concentrate is dehydrated in the spray-drying system, yielding a fine powder/spray of agglomerated instant black coffee. Agglomerated instant black coffee powder is steam-compressed, resulting in full-flavored, instantly soluble granulated coffee.
Grown in their natural tropical rainforest environment free from pollution, our specialty coffee are added with Tropical Rainforest Herbs which are collected by people native to the areas (Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand) where they are found. After the herbs are collected, each batch is tested to ensure maximum purity and concentration.
