Yes, you can change your shipping address before order is shipped by sending an email to info@lynnityhealth.com or making a call to +603-6257 3722. However, there no modification can be made once the order is shipped. If you change your shipping address in My Account after you have made an order, your new address would not be applied until your next order.

How long will it take for Lynnity products to have an effect?
Each Lynnity product has different effect time. For Botanic Health, results could be seen after 14 days of consumption. For Botanic Juice, visible results can be seen and felt as fast as 20 days when used as recommended. However, all of these may vary depend on individual.

In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition or you have received defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 working days and do not discard the product unless we’ve directed you to do so.
